KUFS2000A2 Wall Mount Inline Ultrasonic Flow Meter
Introduction
The ultrasonic flow meter operates on the "velocity difference method," measuring liquid flow in pipes. Utilizing advanced multi-pulse technology, digital signal processing, and error correction, this flow meter adapts to industrial environments, offering convenient, economical, and accurate measurement. With high accuracy, even reaching ±0.5% with clamp installation, it is largely unaffected by various parameters of the measured medium. Notably, it addresses challenges in measuring strong corrosive, non-conductive, radioactive, and inflammable/explosive media, which other meters may struggle with.
The KUFS2000 series separated type ultrasonic flow meter is versatile, suitable for various liquids, and supports long-term online measurement without the need to cut the pipe during installation. The host comes in wall-mount, panel-mount, and explosion-proof types, while sensors include clamp-on, plug-in, and pipe types. It can also measure heat when equipped with a temperature sensor.
The KUFS2000A2 flow meter, designed for wall or instrument box installation, has a protection grade of IP67 and is suitable for pipe sizes ranging from DN15mm to DN6000mm.
